SERVICE OVERVIEW:
 
PARTNERS Service is a MODEL OF LINKAGE with entities that are interested and that, when evaluated by a multidisciplinary team for the purposes, the objectives of this and those of Arranca have a certain affinity. Going from being decided, to being called an allied entity, from now on.
 
It is a model of collaboration and sharing where It Starts Offering the service that consists of: Promoting and/or selling products, projects and services, if applicable, of the allied entity.
 
         Ally: Any entity, organization, company, natural person or legal representation that identifies alignment with the objectives of Arranca of any product, project or service it offers and wants to expand it.
 
PARTNERS SERVICE SCHEME:
 
 
1. Commission for sales: Refers to the Commission agreed between Arranca and the allied entity in the PARTNERS service, generated as a result of Arranca promoting and selling its products, projects or services, through its web platform and defined digital media. Considering certain established conditions of collaboration.
2. Fixed monthly fee: This refers to the fee that the ally pays to Arranca for promoting, selling agreed products, projects or services. This scheme facilitates a single payment defined between Arranca and the ally, regardless of the amounts of sales generated.

1. Strengthen the professional, business, innovative and personal fabric of the Dominican Republic.
 
2. Work together to ensure the development of strategies and actions to generate solutions that meet local and regional needs.
 
BENEFITS FOR THE ALLIED ENTITY:
 
Arranca is committed to:
 
1. Promote in the Dominican Republic and scope countries the products, services and/or projects, as applicable, of the ally. Through their available media and channels (social networks, databases and other means they deem appropriate).
 
2. Define a mechanism so that people who subscribe to Arranca Plataforma can be identified and in strategic cases, receive discounts. Agreement has been established with the Ally.
 
3. Use and respect the ally's brand in promotions, which must have the ally's approval.
